Some Bunnji plans include unlimited or large call, data or mobile allowances. This Fair Use Policy makes sure those allowances are used for normal business purposes so the service stays fast and affordable for everyone. It forms part of your agreement with Bunnji and should be read with our Acceptable Use Policy.
What is fair use?
Fair use is use that is consistent with the ordinary needs of your business, for the number of users and sites on your plan.
Examples of unreasonable use
- Using a service for call centre, telemarketing or wholesale traffic where your plan is not designed for it
- Using auto-diallers, call forwarding loops or devices that generate continuous or automated calls
- Reselling or sharing a service outside your business
- Keeping calls connected for unusually long periods with no genuine conversation
- Using a SIM in a device or for a purpose the plan does not support
Monitoring
We may review usage patterns to identify unusual activity, protect the network and detect fraud.
What happens if use is unreasonable
We will contact you first to discuss the usage and give you a chance to change it. If it continues, we may move you to a more suitable plan, apply standard rates to the excess usage, or limit, suspend or cancel the service as permitted by your agreement and the law.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time and will give notice of material changes as required by your agreement.
